I don't know if y'all have noticed, but customer service in general ain't what it used to be. Everyone I know has a nightmare experience story about an appliance purchase from a big box store. Spichers consistently delivers great products at competitive pricing with an exceptional customer experience. Mark Reeder is my go to salesman at Spichers and is a pleasure to work with! If you don't love your appliance guy, you obviously haven't called Mark at Spichers.

We were forced into shopping for a new washing machine when ours quit. We searched all over Chambersburg and Hagerstown. After 3 days, we were beyond frustrated! My husband's coworker suggested Spicher's. We walked in still pretty frazzled and rather discouraged over the costs of new washers that seemed like over priced junk. We were immediately greeted by Krista. She truly listened to the list of what we wanted and complaints of all the new machines we'd seen so far. She was patient, very helpful, knowledgeable about the appliances (we asked a lot of questions) and helped us pick what would work for our needs and budget. We had to have the washer delivered as it wasn't in stock. They came exactly on time, were curteous and careful with the new washer and even explained what my husband would need to do to set it all up. We are beyond happy with every step of this process with Spichers! We'll definitely be shopping there for future appliances.

Just had my first experience with Spicher's here in Hagerstown. I can't begin to say how nice our experience was! We woke to our current upright freezer not working, we were already losing food. Looked on their website for options, called to inquire what was in stock, paid for new freezer over the phone & it was literally delivered within an hour!! Now that is what I call service! The delivery guys were excellent & very professional to deal with as well. I will be a Spicher's customer from this point forward. Thank you so much for being so quick to help resolve our issue.

Great experience from point of sale to delivery. But local - you get quality customer service which is a huge plus compared to big box stores. Prices are comparable to Lowes or Home Depot; sometimes lower.

Knowledgeable, attentive staff on the showroom floor. Prices were comparable to big box stores with the advantage that you are dealing with folks who know what they are talking about. Fast delivery and good installation service. Went way above my expectations. I will be returning for future appliances!

Spichers appliance was one of the most professional, knowledgeable and pleasant customer service experiences I have had in quite some time. Jim walked me through the buying process and was able to answer all questions I had about anything in store. My purchase was delivered, installed on time and my old appliance was taken care of by Spichers. Knowledgeable staff and reliable service of this kind is hard to come by these days.

Kevin was amazing with the purchase of my new washer and dryer set. He is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I did this transaction over the phone and he explained the details and features, according to what my needs which helped me choose without having to see them. I am in love with these beautiful machines! The delivery was smooth and easy. If you are searching for appliances choose Spichers. It is so much easier to work with someone that knows about what they are selling.

Our freezer died suddenly. We had purchased it 8 years ago at Spichers. I called the Winchester store to see what to do. I expected an expensive repair call or the possibility of having to buy a new one. I spoke to Ken Moubray. He asked me a few questions & informed me that there was a tremendous backlog for new freezers. He looked my model up & said he was confident that he new what was wrong. He instructed me on how to remove the defective part. I took it to the store for a replacement. I actually got a discount for trading in the defective part. I installed the new part myself & we're back in business! I fully expected to pay a hefty service call & repair bill. Ken saved me time & a ton of money! My wife & I bought our first appliances at Spichers 40 years ago. I'll never go anywhere else! Their service is #1! Thanks!

WE LOVE SPICHER'S.  They have very helpful and polite salesmen that will show you appliances that are in your budget and have the features that you are looking for.  They do not pressure you and they don't try to upsell to items that are higher than what you told them.  We bought our fridge there about a year ago, and we were just in again today to replace our range and microwave.  In fact when my wife and I decided that we wanted a more expensive microwave to pair with our new slide in range, the salesman asked "are you sure? That one costs more than we discussed," but he was happy to change sale to accommodate it even after we had already purchased the less expensive one.   Furthermore, the appliances that they get are built better than the same models that are available in the big box stores, but they often have the same price and free delivery so why not support a local business!

This is my go too for appliances. They service and deliver what they sell at reasonable prices. Any time I have had an issue they came out same day and fixed me up for less than what I had expected to pay. Thumbs up!

Returned to replace washer and dryer that were recommended by John 13 years ago. Once again following his advice on what to buy. Prices are comparable to big box stores but product knowledge and previous experience also made it easy to trust once again. Delivery was flawless and I would highly recommend Spichers after using them for 15+ years for all of our appliance needs

Our refrigerator died on Tuesday afternoon. Called Curt Spicher at 2 p.m. He had a serviceman here by 3 p.m. Compressor and condenser shot. Estimate of $1000 for parts and repair. Decided to buy new one. Met Curt the next morning at the store at 8:15. Selected a new refrigerator which matches the rest of our appliances. It was delivered and installed by 9:30 that same morning and the old one was hauled away. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!

they know what they are doing!!!! Was in the process of buying a water and dryer from home depot and thank goodness i didn't buy from there, cause the dryer never would have fit in the closet it was going in. Spichers told me the same dryer that I was gonna buy from them wouldn't fit. Home depot never told me that. Boy did i learn my lesson. Always buy from people who know there inventory!!! It was also the same price at home depot, give your money to small business. Thanks Spichers. I will buy from you again.

Excellent sells staff. He asked the proper questions so I was able to find the perfect washer. It has every feature I desired. The delivery staff was very professional and quick. We walked into Spicher’s Hagerstown one afternoon. I had researched washer/dryer sets for about a week so I had an idea of what our needs were. Mark greeted us and answered the questions we had. We were so satisfied with what we were presented with that we walked out having made a decision. The set was delivered the following Tuesday by a knowledgeable crew. We’ve always been happy with Spicher’s in the past and judging by this purchase they’re still our go to place if something breaks. (The last time we purchased a washer/dryer was in the 90’s).
