We Service What We Sell
Servicing the product we sell is in our DNA. Carl Spicher, one of our founders, started off in the appliance industry as a service tech. Appliances have changed since Carl learned how to replace a dryer belt. There are computer boards and devices that use analytics to help diagnose the appliance. What has not changed is Spichers’ dedication to fixing the product we sell.
We only service what we sell. We do this because any person who buys our product will be treated like family. As a member of the Spichers family, you know if your washer isn’t spinning out properly, or your refrigerator breaks down, you are our priority.
