1. Professional Delivery team that unboxes each appliance before delivery, even if we're just dropping it off. Most 'free' deliveries are with the unit still boxed and on the front porch, but our team goes above and beyond. This is included in your appliance purchase.
2. Our sales team only works in appliances, so if you have any questions about the appliance before or after purchase, please give them a call.
3. No one likes an issue, but sometimes they can happen. Our incredible service team ONLY services what we sell, so you know we are not prioritizing another customer. You are our priority.

Few things to Get Ready for your Appliances
1. And most important, get excited! Out with the old and in with the new or if it's your first appliance purchase.
2. Clear a path from the street to the kitchen, laundry room, or where the appliance is being installed, ensuring it is wide enough to accommodate the appliance. Please pay attention to banisters and railings and let us know if we will have to accommodate.
3. Please let us know how many staircases we will have to climb, or if there is a spiral staircase. We want to make sure we have the right tools.
4. There must be someone 18 years or older home to accept delivery.
5. Choose an appliance below to receive specific instructions, and the additional parts required for each purchase.
Above and Beyond
We do go above and beyond on some deliveries to make sure it can all be installed. Spicher's may charge additional fees for impressive feats of delivery.
Right of Refusal
Our delivery team has the right to refuse to install and/or deliver if the circumstances deem it necessary. If you have questions on how to prepare for delivery, please ask.

• If you have an existing water supply line with an accessible, functional, and dedicated water shutoff valve within 5 feet of the refrigerator (or, if greater than 5 feet, an existing water supply line), we will install your refrigerator and no modifications are needed to accommodate this kit. Otherwise, there will be an additional charge.

Price $39.95 for the dishwasher kit that allows a plumber to install. We have found the average charge from the plumber is $175. This is paid directly to the plumber (not in your cart cost).
